Honda 2010 Recall list - Honda ‘Fit’ or ‘Jazz’
Honda announced a 2010 massive recall Friday for the Honda Fit (also known as Jazz in some countries). 646,000 vehicles have been affected worldwide and the recall is due to a window overheating issue. 140,000 vehicles in the US will be recalled. Honda has not made an official statement about what model year of the Fit has been recalled.The Wall Street Journal reported that the window switches in the Honda Fit and Jazz models may overheat if exposed to liquid, and they may smoke, melt or start a fire.More information will follow when Honda has a plan of how to fix the problem, and Honda Fit owners will receive instructions in the mail.
